Community Crowdfund Intake Form
The MYPros Community Crowdfund exists to help community members "vote with their dollars" and support small businesses. Crowdfunding projects must have a broad community impact and engage young professionals.

This intake form is for initial consideration for your business or expansion. If chosen, a detailed review form will be requested with up-to-date financials. The deadline to apply is February 28, 2023.
