Your Final Report (including at least 3 high-quality photos uploaded with the understanding that parents/guardians of pictured youth give their permission for images to be used by the Midland Area Community Foundation in our communications) is due within two weeks of your approved and completed volunteer project.

Unless otherwise arranged with Sara JacobsCarter, Youth Impact Coordinator, checks will be sent to the primary address of the Fiduciary Organization. Many local organizations have direct deposits arranged.
