Service Club Alliance grant requests remain "open" for service club review for 8 weeks from the date of the request submission, unless a sooner date is indicated above.

Please be sure to include documentation of need for project, whether this is a new or ongoing project for your organization/community, and whether there are any similar programs that exist in the community.
Have you pursued other funding opportunities? If so, please provide all applicable information (Organizations, amounts, etc.)

Indicate expected impact of request. Provide details on who will benefit, how many people will benefit, and what demographic/population this request will target.
Provide a timeline for your specific project/program request
Include planning, implementation, and completion details of grant request project/program.

If you are collaborating with other organizations, indicate which ones and describe your efforts.
If this is an ongoing project, indicate how the work will be sustained
